INJUSTIC3 đ /7bq4K1UBZb- BossLogic August 9, 2020 Technically itâs âInjustic3â, but I canât bring myself to type that more than once. So assuming that this is a practice that NetherRealm might be looking to do for itself, it clearly seems as though the beginning stages of these in-game ads within Injustice 2 could point to a new Injustice project.â Injustice 3 is also in row.ÄȘrtist BossLogic (AKA Nikolai Baslajik) has posted an intriguing image on Twitter that teases Injustice 3. Read Mortal Kombat is palling something big. While it might be hard to see how this involves Injustice 3, oftentimes, when developers are preparing to release new games, theyâll advertise those new products within the confines of their previous titles.

âThese new file types that have been added to Injustice 2 are labeled as âUpsellâ in the gameâs patch history, which seems to indicate that NetherRealm is preparing to add in-game ads of some sort to the title.
Netherrealm studios injustice 3 update#
So why then do the update now? Begs a few questions. You can understand why as when support a game stops, it stops. This is due to the fact the update seems to be out of nowhere. However, despite it not being a major change, some see a sign that maybe an injustice 3 is in the works. The game got an update today, which tweaks a few things, nothing major.

We have some interesting news on injustice 2. Injustice 2 and 3 are on the floor, Surprisingly. And although we might still be waiting a bit longer to learn what that new game is, all signs start to point to Injustice 3 being the next title on the docket. This development comes mere weeks after NetherRealm announced that it would end its ongoing Mortal Kombat 11 instead of shifting its focus to a new project. I would have loved to see Spawn mix it up with Batman again but NetherRealm donât reuse guest fighters so, in his absence, bringing in some unexpected guest fighters would be the best way to go Dredd could borrow a lot of RoboCopâs move set, the Shadow could borrow from Erron Black (maybe even have him as a skin), and ideally the Mask could replace the likes of the Joker but I donât see that happening any time soon.A surprising new update for Injustice 2 has been released today that might very well indicate that NetherRealm Studios is now working on Injustice 3. For the other guest fighters, NetherRealm should look into DCâs long history of inter-company crossovers and bring in the likes of the Shadow, the Mask, and even Judge Dredd. I reckon his straight-talking, no-nonsense style could lead to some fun interactions with the DC characters and itâd be a less obvious choice.

NetherRealm have made a habit of including a popular Mortal Kombat character in the Injustice games so far and, while Liu Kang or Johnny Cage would be good choices for Injustice 3, Iâd quite like to see Jax make the cut. I should mention, though, that I canât guarantee that Iâll take the time to purchase Injustice 3 even if all of these were implemented as NetherRealm would need to make a lot of gameplay changes to make up for the poor experience I had with Injustice 2 but itâs always fun to speculate so letâs get to it.ÄC has had a lot of crossovers in the past that NetherRealm could draw from.

However, if that is to be the case, I figured Iâd take the time to talk about some options Iâd like to see implemented into the gameâs roster, similar to my thoughts regarding guest characters for Mortal Kombat 11. With the release and success of Mortal Kombat 11 (NetherRealm Studios, 2019) and subsequent downloadable characters and content (DLC), and the fact that NetherRealm is owned by Warner Bros., itâs pretty much a foregone conclusion that weâll be seeing an Injustice 3 at some point in the near future. The randomness of acquiring new Gear for your favourite characters was annoying, the fact that the game basically forced you to pay real money for the best Gear and Premium skins really irked me, and the fact that I couldnât customise characters exactly as I wanted meant I sold the game soon after completing it. While I enjoyed Injustice 2âs story mode and roster for the most part, the game was really let down by the âGearâ system. The âGearâ system really let Injustice 2 down.
